Pomegranate Smoothie

1/2 Head of Romaine Lettuce (6 oz)           29
3 Bananas (12 oz)                                         303
1/4 Whole Pineapple (8 oz)                         113
1/2 cup Pomegranate (6 oz)                       141

Total: (32 oz)                                                  586 calories

Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

To Store:

Fill container to full capacity and cap with lid. Refrigerate until needed.

    1. Pomegranate’s are super nutritious and have such a unique flavor. You can buy the Arils in the freezer section of some grocery stores. I will tell you though that since there is some hard stuff in there that the smoothie comes out a little ‘gritty’. I drink them with a straw! 🙂
