Peach Smoothie

1/2 Head of Romaine Lettuce (6 oz)            29
3 Bananas (12 oz)                                          303
1/4 Whole Pineapple (8 oz)                          113
1 cup Peaches (6 oz)                                       66

Total: (32 oz)                                                   511 calories

Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy! 

To Store:

 Fill container to full capacity and cap with lid. Refrigerate until needed.

    1. John, this smoothie is 601 calories which would for most people be a complete meal. My advice is to make it and drink it. When you get full, stop. I can almost guarantee you though that you’ll do like everyone else and be slurping the bottom of the glass with your straw saying ‘Man that’s good!” Peach is one of my favorites! Enjoy!

  1. Yum! I love peach smoothies. Though smoothies are most commonly made with berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.), I think peach smoothies are my absolute favorite! One reason I think might be because peach smoothies do not have all the little seeds that berry smoothies do. Thanks for sharing this recipe, I will have to try it!
